What We Are About

Our Mission

Our mission is to help you love yourself. Here at herb-Science, we want to create a win win for you and the earth. We believe as a whole, we can take better care of the earth when we start loving ourselves first.

It's extremely hard to focus out when your health is in jeopardy. By taking care of yourself first, you will then be able to help others do the same - so that we can then take better care of our beautiful planet.

Nutritional deficiencies are one of the biggest reasons people struggle with their health. Nutrients such as B Vitamins are needed for every function in your body. If you are lacking in any one, your health will suffer.

Here at Herb-Science we are commuted to a world of happy, fun, and caring people that love themselves and the world unconditionally.

That's why our supplements are made simple with minimum ingredients that are cold processed to ensure top quality.

5 - Steps To A Healthy You

Start Your Day With Gratitude

As humans we are designed to grow, with dreams to have a better life than the one we are living now. This is great because you should always strive to be better, but the problem is that most of us are unhappy in our current state with a false belief that happiness will only exist if we reach our dreams. What makes you think you will be happy when you get what you want if you are not happy now?

The reality is, you must find joy in your present moment if you want to be happy and healthy. And it all starts with gratitude. People who are grateful are much more successful and healthier that those that are not. Having gratitude for where you are now is very grounding, and by being happy with what you have you can now have better focus on what you want.

  1.  Start your day by getting a gratitude journal and writing down at least three things you are grateful for.
  2. Take 10 minutes each day and do a guided meditation. You can find endless meditations on YouTube or use a meditation app.
  3. Follow the rest of the steps below.
  4. Take one dropper of Formula B (Brain) every morning after breakfast.

Get Enough Sleep

Sleep is one of those simple but overlooked necessities for a healthy body. Sleep is the time your body goes into repair mode and starts working on damaged cells throughout your body. Getting enough good sleep each night is vital to you health.

  1. Start a sleep schedule. Going to bed and getting up at the same time every morning and night will improve your quality of sleep. A sleep schedule also creates a habit for your body to secrete the hormones that help you fall asleep at night and wake you up in the morning.
  2. Avoid bright lights after dark. The light from your phone or a TV late at night tricks your body into thinking it is still daytime which prevents your pineal gland from secreting melatonin.
  3. Keep your room temperature below 70 degrees.

Stay Hydrated

Staying hydrated keeps your body operating like a well oiled machine . Every system in your body needs water to keep nutrition flowing in and toxins flowing out. Your immune system has a much quicker response to a threat, your heart beats stronger,  and your digestive system runs smooth when you are hydrated.

  1. Drink more water. Keep a half gallon of water in a glass jug in the refrigerator with your electrolytes and a dropper of Formula B. Make sure that jug is empty by the end of the day. Refill it if you need more water than a half gallon.
  2. Add electrolytes to your water such as lemon and a pinch of pink Himalayan salt instead of drinking sugary sports drinks.
  3. Avoid drinks that dehydrate you such as alcohol and soft drinks.

Eat Healthier Food

The digestive system is where all your nutrients are absorbed. It is also where many of the cell damaging toxins enter the body. Keeping your digestive system operating properly is very important for your health and making sure toxins are being expelled.

  1. Add more vegetables to your meals. Vegetables are full of nutrients and fiber. They help boost the immune system, improve digestion, and so much more.
  2. Eat less processed foods. Taking time to prepare a meal offers many benefits such as healthier food, physical movement, and less guilt after you eat.
  3. Don't stuff yourself. Overeating leads to bloating, loss of energy, digestive problems, and much more.
  4. Take a B-Complex after you eat. Your digestive system needs B Vitamins to activate digestive enzymes that break down your food. They are also needed in almost every function of your body so taking them after a meal offers more than just better digesting.

Exercise Daily

Your body is made to move and by doing so you improve circulation, heart health, digestion, mental health... the list goes on and on.

Here are several things you can do to keep the movement going.

  1. Find an exercise you like. This can be anything that involves physical movement such as walking, running, biking, hiking, playing a sport, swimming, and/or joining the gym. Mix it up and try new things, doesn't matter just as long as you get moving.
  2. Work out with people who are like minded and will hold you accountable.
  3. Stick to a schedule and don't procrastinate when it's time to go. The longer you wait, the more time you have to talk yourself out of going.
